She excels in health education, data collection, analysis, program evaluation, and mix-method research.  Lousette worked well as a member of a working group and independently on both small- and large-scale projects.  She has great time management skills that allow her to complete multiple projects on and/or before the deadline. Lousette understood her role and did not hesitate to ask clarifying questions. When there were sudden pivots because of unforeseen circumstances, she was able to adjust to fit the need and expectation of leadership.  Working with Lousette at the NYC Department of Health in several different capacities has been a very rewarding and fruitful experience.
